4. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product in accordance with the license type selected at checkout:

• Single License — Permits use on one (1) project or domain.
• Unlimited License — Permits use on unlimited projects or domains by the license holder.

Each license includes access to product downloads and updates for the duration specified in the product description.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product source code with third parties.
• Use the product to create a competing product or service.
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Share your license key or account credentials with others.
• Use the product for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by OutheBox or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described above — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

9. Product Updates and Support

Products may receive updates and bug fixes at our discretion. Access to updates is subject to your active license. We provide support via email on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee response times.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your license to use our products will be revoked. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt.
