Refund Policy

Overview

OutheBox sells digital software products for developers (Laravel packages, licenses, and access to updates/documentation). There are no physical goods and no shipping. Refunds are handled under the terms below.

Products Covered

  1. Yearly subscription (auto-renewing)
  2. Lifetime license (one-time purchase)

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of the charge date (initial purchase or renewal) if any of the following applies:

  • The product does not function as described on its product page, or
  • You have a technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve, or
  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge).

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are generally not provided.

Yearly Subscriptions (Cancellation & Access)

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of your current paid term.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or unless there is a verified technical issue we cannot resolve within the 30-day refund window.
  • If a refund is approved, subscription access and related licenses are revoked.

Lifetime Licenses

  • Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases (no renewals).
  • Refunds follow the same 30-day refund window and eligibility rules above.
  • If a lifetime purchase is refunded, the license is deactivated and access to downloads/updates is removed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not granted when:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after the charge date, or
  • There is no functional issue or billing error, or
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and account email
  • Order number / transaction ID
  • Product name (yearly or lifetime)
  • Reason for the request (include screenshots/logs if relevant)

We respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/card issuer (often within 5–10 business days).

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks opened without contacting support may result in temporary account suspension during investigation.
